Who We Are

Welcome to Rustiv. We are an independent, direct-to-consumer (DTC) solid wood furniture manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, China, where we operate our own dedicated production facilities.

Unlike traditional retailers who rely on multiple middlemen, we own the entire process. From selecting the finest raw materials to the final hand-sanding in our workshop, we maintain absolute control over quality. Our mission is simple: to bring authentic, sustainably sourced solid wood furniture directly from our factory floor to your living space, offering uncompromising quality at honest prices.

Artisan Craftsmanship

We specialize in creating pieces that celebrate the natural beauty of wood. Heavily inspired by Scandi-Minimalism, Japandi, and organic Rustic aesthetics, we focus on letting the natural grain and live edges speak for themselves.

Our skilled artisans work primarily with premium reclaimed elm, durable walnut, and solid pine. We do not use cheap veneers or MDF. Whether it is a live-edge floating shelf or a custom sofa console table, every piece is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring no two items are exactly alike.

Global Transparency & Fulfillment

We believe that cross-border commerce should be built on absolute trust. When you shop with Rustiv, you are dealing directly with the maker. To ensure a seamless experience for our North American customers, we have established a robust dual-warehouse system:

  • Production & Quality Control: Every order is securely packaged and dispatched directly from our production line in Shenzhen to ensure the highest standards.
  • Local US Returns: To provide complete peace of mind, we operate a dedicated commercial return facility in Stafford, Texas (12613 Executive Dr) for standard items.
  • Custom Support: Special custom furniture inquiries and professional after-sales support are managed by our primary center in Shenzhen.
