1. What countries do you ship to?

Our shipping service is currently available only within the continental United States.

SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE TO:
Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses or customs clearance delays.

2. About Tax

All product prices are tax-inclusive. No additional taxes will be charged.

3. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. (Tracking may activate within 24 hours.)
Note: During high-demand periods, tracking may take 48–72 hours to update.

If you experience issues tracking your package, contact us — we will resolve it within 24 hours.
Deliveries will be made to your front door or building entrance based on the shipping address provided.

4. Delivery Time Exceeded

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
If you’ve paid but your item has not been shipped yet, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund.
Note: Once a parcel has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
